Programme consists of the Spelling Mastery Programme and Essential words lists. M.L. Peters test is used for assessment.

Progress of At  Risk Learners

At risk learners are making steady progress. Focus on patterns of words as many children still seem not to see regular patterns. E.g. "ight" and are unable to apply these to a collection of words. night, sight, flight. REgular home practise is an issue as well. Forgetting notebooks and little support from home.

Progress of other learners 

Many children have made excellent progress and over two years progress in two terms.
